Isolated farmstead. Early C19. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof over stone slate base
courses between stepped coped gables; tall end stone slab chimney stacks. Two storeys; north elevation 3 bays.
Hollow-chamfered mullioned windows of 3 lights in wave-mould recesses without labels, iron-framed opening lights
retaining rectangular leaded panes; to lower bay 2 a C20 part-glazed door in deep recess, with plain ashlar surround.
Attached to east gable a long single-storey farm building with plain clay tiled roof, 8 bays, having stable doors at
east end and central throughway which reveals plain collar-truss. Interior not seen.
