Farmhouse, dated 1740, now house. Coursed watershot thin sandstone
rubble with large quoins, gable copings with kneelers, slate roof with
gable chimneys. Double-pile 2-bay plan. Two storeys, almost symmetrical;
central doorway with chamfered surround and large lintel crudely
inscribed " B "; two windows each floor: at ground floor 4 and 5 lights

with chamfered surrounds, chamfered mullions (some missing) and very
thin hoodmoulds, and at 1st floor both 4 lights with chamfered flush
mullions (some missing). Rear has modernised windows, Damaged C18
cottage adjoining on left and brick lean-to on right not included in the
item. Interior not inspected.
