Detached house. Early C19. Ham stone ashlar facade, coursed rubble to sides and rear; Welsh slate roof to shallow pitch
between stepped coped gables, behind low parapet; stone slab chimney stacks with moulded caps, set diagonally on bases.
Two storeys, 3 bays. Plinth, band course, cornice and low parapet with billet mould coping: 16-pane sash windows set in
architraves: to lower bay 2 a semi-circular arched doorway with half-glazed door under radially-glazed fanlight, with
open cast iron front porch with hipped metal roof. Interior not seen. Enclosing front garden a roughly cut and squared
stone wall with plain coping, about one metre high, with central gateway having square gatepiers with pyramidal caps,
and a C19 gate with speartop spikes; wall returns back towards house on south side, and adds to the setting of the
house and to the streetscene generally.
