Farmhouse. Late C17 with late C18 extension and C20 alterations.
Red brick, some rubble. Slate roof. Single ridge red brick
stack. Blue brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves.
Rubble plinth. First and second floor bands. Two and a half
storeys, 2 bays. Doorway with panelled door, decorative
overlight, moulded doorcase and shaped lead hood. To the right
is a single C20 canted window with 3 glazing bar sashes, those in
the side walls being smaller. Above is a single tripartite
glazing bar sash with single smaller glazing bar sash to the
left. On the top floor are 2 small glazing bar casements. There
is a single 'S' shaped tie plate. To the left is the C18 red
brick extension. Plain tile roof, hipped to the left. Single
red brick stack to the rear. Two and a half storeys with lower
roof line, single bay. Single similar canted bay. Above is a
single tripartite glazing bar sash with a single small glazing
bar casement on the top floor.
