C18 late, 3 storeys, brick upper part on stuccoed ground floor with moulded
1st floor string, moulded wood eaves with pairs of cut brackets, gable
end old tile roof. 5 window frontage, all 12-pane sashes, those to ground
floor with keystones, and 6-panelled centre door, radiating, wreathed and
curved fanlight in rectangular frame and curved porch hood on semi-engaged
Doric columns, with plain frieze and denticulated bracketed cornice with
enriched cyma.
