Early to mid C19 terrace of shops and houses. 3 storeys except for Nos 8,
10 and 12 which are bit later in date and have 3rd floor. Red brick. Wood
eaves band and cornice. Each house has a wide segmental bow of 3 lights to
each upper floor, sashes, glazing bars intact, with plastered aprons and entablature to heads. Nos 8 and 10 each have 3 round headed 3rd floor windows flanked by shaped brackets to flat eaves. On Nos 8, 10 and 12 there is an additional sash window to side of bow up to 2nd floor. The ground floor is designed as a continuous group of shop windows each of 8 large panes with flanking 4 panel doors all framed by Corinthian pilasters with entablature over.
Nos 8 to 24 (even) form a group.
