C18, refornted circa 1840. 2 storey. Roman cement. Projecting plinth. Horizontal rustication to ground floor with moulded string at 1st floor level. Projecting fireze and moulded cornice with blocking course. Old tile roof. Curved angles to front. 3 windows on 1st floor in stucco surround of architrave, frieze on ground floor and modern door to lest hanf in plain surround with scroll brackets and blocks supporting cornice head.

Nos 18, 37, 43, 45 and all the listed buildings on the couth-east side from Nos 19 to 46 (consec) (including wrought iron screen before Vernon House), form a group.
