Early C19 two-storey, three-window villa. Coursed tooled squared stone. Low pitched stone flagged roof with two rebuilt end chimneys and an original one behind. Paired brackets to eaves box gutter. Stuccoed stone lintels and slightly projecting cills to replaced sash windows. Central door has stone pedimented hood on console brackets. Damaged later trellis porch. Empty and boarded up at time of survey.
