House. C17, extended C19 and C20. Painted brick with brick
ridge stacks and tiled hipped roof.
PLAN: single-depth plan with C19 rear service wings and
connecting outshut.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. An asymmetrical
front has a plinth, plat band and deep overhanging eaves, a
central doorway with a flat bracketed canopy and door with 4
reeded flush panels, the top pair glazed; C19 windows,
tripartite sashes with central 6/6-pane sashes, and central
6/6-pane and right-hand 8/8-pane sashes, in flush frames, and
blocked left-hand windows, and hipped dormers with 2/2-pane
sashes. Lower C19 rear 2-storey range with doorway beneath a
tripartite window in side wall; altered windows in projecting
1-window end gable. C20 2-storey block, and a deep lean-to
roof in between.
