Detached house. 1910. Barry Parker and Raymond Unwin. Red
brick in Flemish bond. Roof of tile. Two storeys. One-window range with three-window range to left return and two-window range to the right. Rectangular in plan. Vernacular Revival style. Asymmetrically arranged elevation with the keynote of the design being a gable-headed half dormer at the centre of the block, a device common to many semi-detached blocks in the artisans' quarter of the Suburb. Entrance just to the right of the centre axis, set under porch which stretches to right corner. To the left a canted bay. Casement windows of an original design. Axial stacks to right end wall, front roof slope. Long axial stack to rear slope just off centre axis. Forms part of a group consisting of Nos. 113, 123,133 (odd), 126-156 (even) Willifield Way (q.v.) and Nos. 38, 40 and 42 Asmuns Hill (even; q.v.), all designed by Parker and Unwin.
