Technical college, now technical college annexe. 1894 by J S Chapple who had been William Burges' office manager and clerk of works. In identical building materials and Decorated style to the adjoining Town Hall designed by William Burges. Squared flint with stone rubble ground floor and ashlar dressings. Slate roof. Three storeys. Front elevation has large gable to left and dormer to right. Gable has large arched window with rose window above and 4 trefoiled lancets below. Dormer window is triple mullioned and transomed window with gable on brackets. First floor has four windows, two triple windows with trefoil heads and two double, leading to arch linking on to Town Hall. Ground floor has 3 cambered arched windows with transomes and similar arch to doorcase which has double door with floral motif ironwork. Side elevation has second floor with three gables with stone kneelers and very long casements probably designed for artwork. First floor has five windows with Caernarvon arches. Ground floor has 6 cambered arched windows. Rear elevation has several Caernarvon-arched casements.
