Farmhouse. Late C18, with C19 outshot heightened in C20, refenestrated in C20 and C20 wooden extension. Timberframed, refaced in render. Tiled gambrel roof with right side chimneystack and further axial stack to rear. One storey and attic; 2 windows. Penticed dormers. C20 casements. Original front door with hood and brackets and four panelled door. Brick and weatherboarded outshot to rear but original external wall with diagonal braces survives behind with original back door.
INTERIOR: has frame with axial beam with one inch chamfer and lambs tongue stop. Cupboard to side of fireplace with plank door and two panelled door with H-hinges leading to winder staircase. First floor has old floor boards but the roof has been boarded in. Plank door.
