Shop and flat. Mid C19 with late C19 alterations. Brick with
painted stone dressings. Slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys and 2 bays. The windows to the upper
floors are glazing bar sashes with brick flat arches. The 1st
floor windows have a sill band. The ground floor has a late
C19 timber shopfront with pilasters, brackets and a cornice.
Above the wide sashed shop window there is a ventilation
grille. To the right there is a glazed shop door, and at the
left a recessed 4-panel house door with an overlight. Gable
chimneys.
