Late C18. 3 storeys, attic, rendered brick. Gable end pantile roof with central
dormer. 2 windows each floor, recessed sashes, later glazing, flat stucco arches.
Entrance to right hand at 1st floor level - door OF 6 fielded panels, rectangular
fanlight, approached by flight of 8 stone steps, plain C18 rails with urn finials
to standards. The ground floor has paired sash windoiw. Listed for group value.
All the listed buildings on the North Side from Nos 2 to 30 form a good group.
