Mid to later C18 with some C19 alterations. 2 storeys red brick, Gable end pantile
roof, moulded wood cornice with widely spaced block ornament. 4 narrow 1st floor
windows in flush architrave frames, no glazing bars. 2 early C19 glazing bar sash
windows on ground floor and 2 mid C19 4 panel central doors under head of original
doorway of scroll brackets supporting pulvinated frieze, bracketed cornice and
pediment.

All the listed buildings on the South Side from Nos 5 to 25 form a group.
