Cottage. C17, extended and modernised in mid C20. Plastered cob on rubble
footings; rubble stack with rendered brick chimney shaft; thatched roof.
Originally a 2-room cottage facing south comprising room heated by projecting rear
lateral stack to right (east) of small entrance lobby with rear winder stair. C20
one room extension to left (west) is recessed from main front. 2 storeys.
Irregular overall 3-window front of late C19 and C20 casements with glazing bars.
Now central door (to left of original cottage) behind C20 glass-sided conservatory.
Gable-ended roof. Inside, right hand room has chamfered crossbeam with straight
cut stops and rubble fireplace with plain oak lintel and side oven. Roof
inaccessible.
