Circa 1870. By George Devey. 2-storey building with l-window gabled end to
road. High pitched tiled roof with fancy ridge tiles and ornamental bargeboards
to gables. Walls of small pieces of variegated stone laid like mosaic. 3-light
stone-mullioned casements with cusped heads to lights and hoodmoulds over.
Fancy leaded glazing. Gabled porch on left return.
The British Legion Hall, Leigh Club, the Village hall together with their
forecourt walls, Nos 1 & 2 Fleur de Lis Cottages and the Fleur de Lis Public
House form a group.
