Early to mid C19 three storey and attic stucco faced houses ranged around small square. No. 3 has narrow front with tripartite window each floor, stucco dividing strips, blind on second floor, moulded cornices. Door on same pattern with side lights, dividing Tuscan pilasters and entablature. Nos. 3 to 7 (consec) rather taller, each with canted, full height bay plus one window bay to left hand with door in surround of panelled and reeded pilasters and entablature. No glazing bars to sash lights. Later attic storeys added to some of houses. No. 8, now part of No. 7 is taller with plain surround to door with console brackets to cornice over. No. 9 is similar to No. 8 but with glazing bars intact to sashes. Low pitch slate roofs where not altered by later attics. Group value.

Nos. 3 to 9 (consec) and the listed buildings in Falconer's Road all form a group.
