Mid C19 villa of 2-storeys, three windows, large proportions. Ashlar with
1st floor band. Low pitched slated roof with end chimneys now stuccoed.
Deep box gutter at eaves, before flat-fronted cornice, Stone architraves,
friezes and cornices to sash windows. Door with radial fanlight, architrave,
impost blocks and pilasters, in prostyle Ionic porch. Set back right extensions.
