Bathing House and house, now house. c1800. Dressed stone with ashlar dressings. Slate roof with ashlar coped gables and plain kneelers, plus two gable stacks. Three storey.
South front has ground floor obscured by external staircase and terrace. Above central doorway with overlight flanked by single 12-pane glazing bar sashes. Above three nine-pane glazing bar sashes. West gable has single 12-pane sash on first floor and single nine-pane sash above. Rear facade has blocked central window to second floor.
This building was built as a Bath House with accommodation for the proprieter above, and it forms the central element to this group of spa buildings.
