House. Mid C18 with late C18, C19, and C20 additions and
alterations. Thin mottled bricks in English garden wall bond.
Pantiled roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys and 2 bays. The windows are horizontal
sashes with glazing bars. The door has 4 recessed panels. The
gabled open porch is slated and carried on rustic timber
poles. The eaves corbelling is continued as a string course on
the left-hand gable wall. The gables have chimneys and stone
copings. Adjoining to the right is a lower wing, its front
wall covered by a lean-to extension with 2 casement windows,
which extends towards the right where it links to a higher
part with one window.
INTERIOR: not inspected. RCHM records late C18 fireplace with
wooden surround on ground floor.
