Two houses. c1840. Brick with slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic and cellar. Each house one bay,
with a door to the right. The windows are glazing bar sashes
with brick flat arches. No.16 has a cellar window with glazing
bars, and No.17 has a C20 cellar window. Each house has a
flat-roofed attic dormer, and each has a pilaster doorcase
with panelled reveals and an overlight with margin panes.
No.16 has a 4-panel door, and No.17 has a C20 door with a
circular glazed panel. The timber gutter is carried on paired
rectangular brackets. Chimneys to left of each house.
