Two houses with shops, now combined. 1836-39, with C20
alterations and shopfront. Painted brick in Flemish bond, with
moulded timber eaves cornice, and slate roof with brick stack
at left end.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 3-window front. Windows on first and
second floors are 12-pane sashes, on third floor two unequal
9-pane sashes, all with painted flat arches of gauged brick.
All floors have painted stone sill bands. Moulded rainwater
head embossed with rosette at left end of cornice.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
