East wing of former house, now offices. 1795, probably late
C19 alterations to ground floor, restored 1990. For William
Hey. Brick, stone dressings, slate roof. 2 storeys, 2
first-floor windows. Entrance left has stone surround with
cornice on console brackets and glazed door with overlight;
canted bay window right overlies 2 earlier openings with flat
brick arches; 2 plate-glass sashes with stone sills to first
floor, rectangular recessed panels below, modillion cornice,
blocking course.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The main range of the house survives as No.1 (qv).
