House. c1840. Brick with painted stone dressings and slate
roof.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys above cellar. 2 bays. The windows are
glazing bar sashes with brick flat arches. The 1st floor
windows have a sill band. The door, to the left of the
ground-floor window, has 4 panels with an overlight, and a
doorcase with panelled pilasters and a cornice on brackets. It
is reached by a flight of external steps. Modillion gutter
cornice. Shared chimney to right.
