House. 1904. By Walter Bierley. Red brick with Westmorland slate roof and 3 tall stacks. Brick plinth and double first floor band. 2 storey and attics.
Street front has 6 windows arranged 1:1:2:1:1 with 3 large gables. 2 bay centre has projecting gabled timber framed porch to left with brick nogging and to right single 15-pane sash. Above 2 similar 12-pane sashes. Either side 2 storey square brick bays with wooden coving and flat lead roofs, that to left with tall 6-light cross casement stair window and that to right with 15-pane sash and above 3-light casement window. Either side single 12-pane sashes and single similar sashes above.
South gable front has glazed doorway to right with overlight and to left single canted brick bay window with central 15-pane sash and flanking 10-pane sashes.
Rear has irregular fenestration and large external stepped brick stack to right.
INTERIOR retains almost all its original features including turned baluster staircase, doors, doorcases, plaster coving and single very fine C18 style fireplace.
