Offices. Mid C19 with later alterations. Brick, Flemish bond,
slate roof with stack right. 3 storeys, 4 first-floor windows,
the facade slightly angled at centre. Ground floor:
plate-glass shop/office windows flank glazed door, fascia and
cornice obscured by name boards; recessed 6-panel door with
overlight far right. Plate-glass sashes with stone sills and
slightly-cambered rubbed brick arches to upper floors.
Dentilled eaves and paired gutter brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of the development along Oxford Place and Great George
Street which took place by 1866.
