2 houses, now office premises. 1815-22 with later C20
alterations. By John and George Bischoff. Rendered brick,
lined in imitation of ashlar, slate roof. Each of 2 storeys
and basement, 2 bays. No.13: panelled door, fanlight with
radial glazing bars, keyblock and eared architrave in plaster;
similar architraves to windows right, plate-glass sashes
throughout; stack straddles ridge right. No.14: a wide
entrance with double moulded-panel doors and projecting
surround; windows as No.13.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of the development by the Bischoffs which included 13
houses filling the NE side of the square.
