Formerly known as: Mount View HEADINGLEY LANE Headingley.
Pair of houses. c1840, altered C20. Coursed squared stone and
ashlar, slate hipped roof. A semi-detached pair, each 2
storeys and 3 bays. Central panelled doors with overlights in
stone surrounds with pilasters, cornice and blocking piece;
flanking and 1st-floor 4-pane sashes, 2 original frames to 1st
floor No.44 (left), 1st-floor sill band. No.42 has C20 top
hung casements throughout. Corniced end stacks to each house.
