Former Church of England School, now Village Hall. 1837. Dressed stone
with ashlar dressings, and stone slate roofs with 2 tall stone chimney
stacks. Single storey. Corbeled eaves, and chamfered plinth. Off-centre
gable porch, with coped gable with kneelers, single round headed, and
shoulder glazing bar window, returns have single plank doors. To the
right a pair of glazing bar windows. To the left 8 pairs of similar
windows. The north west and south east gable walls each have a pair of
round headed and shouldered glazing bar windows. North west gable has
an oval plaque above the windows. The roof has 8 triangular dormers with
finials.
