Cottage. early C17. Timber framed and plastered with C19 brick skin to north and
south. Single storey and attic with small C20 extensions to South and East.
Steep pantile roof with capping pieces to bargeboards. 3 window range, 2 light
casements with central transom and brick arches. Pentice boards to gable window.
Chimney stack early C17 with top external section rebuilt in C19. Cottage is of 3
bays divided into 3 cells. Cells on either side of stack have chamfered and
stoppord spine beams and bressumers, large joists. Some stud work visible in ground
and first floor gable end walls.
