Village pump and shelter. Early C19, altered later C19 and
restored C20. Wooden shelter with slate roof. Square plan. 4
square posts with brackets, carrying a concave pyramidal roof
with shaped slates. Similarly shaped lead-covered finial. The
posts are set on stone pads. In the centre, a cast-iron pump
of somewhat unusual design, with wooden case and stone trough.
