Farmhouse, now house. Late C16 with mid C19 addition and mid
and late C20 alterations. Coursed squared stone with rendered
and colourwashed front, ashlar dressings and stone slate roof
with 2 ridge stacks. Wooden eaves band and moulded
bargeboards. 2 storeys plus attics; 3 window range. Double
gabled front has to right and in the centre, C20 3-light
wooden cross casements. To left, a 2-light chamfered mullioned
window with drip mould and above it, a small attic window with
stone surround. Below, to right, a stone doorway flanked to
left by a 2-light window with chamfered stone mullions and
drip mould. To right, 2 C20 3-light wooden cross casements.
All these windows have shutters. Right return has to right a 2
storey crenellated addition with buttresses and string course,
topped by a crenellated octagonal corner turret. To left, a
2-light window with chamfered stone mullions. Below, C19
glazed lean-to porch. INTERIOR not inspected.
