Town house, now offices. c1850, converted late C20. Red brick,
with stucco dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 side wall
stacks.
Plinth, quoins, sill bands to upper floors. 3 storeys; 3
window range. Windows are plain sashes with projecting
surrounds. Central round-arched doorway with keystone and
original panelled door and fanlight,with flat hood on
brackets. To right, a window with a similar hood. To left, a
canted bay window with dentillated cornice. Above, 3 windows
with pediments on brackets. Above again, 3 smaller square
windows.
Outside, flanking the door, 2 lengths of cast-iron railing
with chamfered ashlar plinth.
