Prince's House

GV II

House, now offices. Early C19. Red brick, with painted ashlar
dressings and slate roof with a brick gable stack. Rendered
plinth, first floor sill band, renewed wooden eaves cornice. 3
storeys plus basement; 4 window range of original 15-pane
sashes. Windows have brick flat arches. Above again, four
9-pane sashes. Off-centre Doric portico with dentillated
pediment, covering a 4-panel door with brick flat arch. Single
window to left, 2 windows to right, with segment-arched
basement openings below them.
