Pair of houses, one now a shop. Early C19, possibly
incorporating earlier structure. Painted brick with plain
tiled roof. 2 storeys, 4-window range, each a one-and-a-half
unit plan. Doorcases with moulded architraves, and a narrow
outer bay each side, that to left with small blocked window
with single ring cambered head, and small inserted window to
right. 2 windows in centre of elevation, a 3-light casement to
No.4, and inserted shop window to No.3. Renewed casements
above, of 1 light over doorways, 2 lights centrally. Dentilled
eaves band.
