Farmhouse, now house, and adjoining stable under continuous
roof. Early C18, with mid and late C20 alterations. Cruck
framing, pebbledash walls with stone slate roof coated with
composition. Single gable and 2 ridge stacks, rendered.
House, to right, 2 storeys; 4 bays. Windows are mainly mid and
late C20. Central 3-light glazing bar casement, flanked to
left by a raking through-eaves dormer with a similar 3-light
casement. To right, a renewed 2-light casement. Below, a
reglazed 3-light casement flanked by single 3-light glazing
bar casements, the right one larger. To right again, a mid C20
half-glazed door. Right return has a renewed glazing bar
window.
Stable, to left, has a 3-light glazing bar window, flanked to
left by a door, both with wooden lintels. To right, a framed
panelled door. To left, a board door with stone lintel.
Catslide roof at rear.
INTERIOR: stable contains a complete pair of crucks. House
contains 4 pairs of crucks, with single purlin roof and wind
braces.
