Farmhouse. Late C17, C19 and C20. Coursed limestone rubble and brick with
ashlar dressings. C20 pantile roof with ashlar coped gables. A single ridge
and two gable brick stacks. Flush ashlar quoins and brick dentilated eaves.
Single storey plus attic. L-plan with a small 2 storey C20 brick addition of
no special interest, to the east. South garden front has an off-centre pair
of double doors under a concrete lintel, to the left a small C20 fixed light,
then beyond a pair of C20 glazed double doors. To the right a 3 light casement,
and beyond a doorway with a C20 glazed door. All these openings have wooden
lintels. Above 3 raking dormers each with a 2 light casement, and brick cheeks.
North, street front has a projecting eastern gabled wing, with a single 2 light
C20 casement above, the western side wall has a 2 light C20 casement under a
flat rubble hood, with above a 2 light raking dormer with brick cheeks. The
main north front has a glazed door to the left, and 2, 2 light C20 casements
under wooden lintels to the right and above. 2, 2 light raking dormers with
brick cheeks.
