centre left red brick chimney stacks. One storey and attics. 3 gabled dormers.
Buttress to left bay. Left 3 light and right of porch 2 light casements. C20
enclosed porch with red tiled slanting roof, C20 panelled door with side light.
Brick and weatherboarded rear wing.
