Farmhouse; C17 with later additions and alterations. Stable and barn added,
probably in C18. Coursed rubble with quoins; house whitewashed. Graduated
slate roofs (barn lower) with stone ridges; rendered chimney to south end of
house. L-shaped plan with wing to rear of house. 2 storeys. 3-bay house:
Door in central gabled porch has fixed window to left and 2 small casements
(replacing door?) to right; 2 sashes above, all under timber lintels.
Single-bay stable adjoins to left: Plank door with vent slit above. Barn range
adjoining to left has tall central wagon door to threshing floor (winnowing door
to rear) with segment-headed byre door to either side; vent slits between and
above. All plank doors. House interior: Heavily beamed; plank and muntin
partitions with plank doors; wall cupboard.
