House, c.1840 with core of C18. 2 storeys. Timber-framed and pebble-dashed.
Hipped concrete pantiled roof with axial chimney of red brick. C19 small-pane
sashes; at ground storey is a pair of flat-roofed splayed bay windows, the
cornices enriched with arcading. In a C19 painted brick porch to left is a 6-
panelled entrance door with fielded panels and an oblong fanlight with border
panes. C18 framing is exposed internally; much reused oak timber, primary
bracing, and on-edge floor joists.
