House, now vacant. Early C18, with alterations late C19, mid and late C20. Single bay addition to east, mid C20. Mud and stud with C19 brick cladding. Gabled and hipped thatched roof now clad with corrugated iron. Central ridge stack now truncated. Single storey; 2/1 bays. Baffle entry plan. Windows are mid and late C20 casements. South front has a board door flanked by a single window to left and two windows to right. Left gable, partly weatherboarded, has a three-light window. Rear has two wooden lean-to additions.
Interior has substantial remains of framing and roof structure. Left room has framing with diagonal braces and mud panels. To east, a mid C20 fireplace set under the original bressummer and flanked to left by a pair of early C19 cupboard doors. Right room has a massive span beam with a knee bracket. At the east end, a similar beam, now cut through to form a doorway. West wall has traces of a fireplace opening, now blocked, and a bread oven, both segment arched. Over both rooms, a single puffin roof with collars, hipped at the east end.
