Probably circa 1700. Two storeys and attics contained in a tall square hipped old
tile roof. Main front of brick (covered with whitewash), 3 sashes, wide central Doric
pillared doorcase with cornice with small brackets, semi-circular fanlight and glazed
door. Band between storeys, coved plaster eaves cornice carried right round house,
small central bell cupola at top of front face of roof with open sides and ogival lead
roof. C19 tile cresting to verges and hips, and dormers with C19 bargeboards.
Garden front plastered; 4 sashes, 2 of those on ground floor and door being C19.
Extension on right has half-round 3-light sash window on ground floor, with canted
sashed bay over supported on posts; flat lead roof above brought forward in front of
low pitched hipped slate roof. Interior not seen.
