1910-12. Engineer: Sir Maurice Fitzmaurice. Rotunda. Red brick with blue brick plinth. Paired sash windows beneath segmental arches in square recessed panels. Stone cornice. Panelled stone coped parapet. Conical roof with circular lantern. Canopied entrances with cast iron columns with foliated capitals and decorative bargeboards. Wrought iron grilles to windows.
