The following building shall be added:-

Cottage. Mid C18 with early C19 alterations and additions. Red brick, plain
tiled roof. A double gable end stack to right and a gable end stack to left.
Brick dentil eaves cornice to front. Two storeys. Three bays with added early
C19 outshut at rear mostly under catslide roof. Front remodelled in early C19
with raised eaves, tiled window sills and segmental arches to window openings.
A C19 central single storey gabled timber porch, open to front. Vertical board
door. To either side, 2 light casements on both floors: C.I. frames with glazing
bars (6X4 panes) with bars arched to points in the top rows of panes. A narrower
blocked window in central bay above porch. The first floor R.H. window has a
timber lintel.
