Wesleyan Chapel and front railings

Non-conformist chapel. Dated 1853. Coursed and dressed stone rubble
with raised chamfered quoins; blue machine tile roof. Rectangular
plan. Gabled two-storey, two-window front; steep pediment with moulded
cornice. Round-arched windows to ground floor on corbelled cills,
square to first floor; central entrance, double doors with architrave
and cornice over; boarded with elaborate strap hinges. 3 fenestrated
bays similar to front on north side. Iron spear-head railings to Buxton
Road. Interior: storeyed, C20 alterations.
