1937 by Fuller, Hall and Foulsham. Red frame construction, faced with black (to
ground floor) and buff-coloured (to upper storeys) faience. Elongaged H-plan.
11 storeys, top-mast 3 of main block recessed. "Modernistic" style office block,
continuous horizontal window bands, with metal glazing bars. Vertical emphasis in
centre of each facade in form of curved glazing (in main block) and black faience
strips. Ground floor to Minories refenestrated and W entrance altered.
