C18 cottage. Brick in Flemish bond with corrugated asbestos roof and render to dormers.
Single storey with pair of dormers having glazing of an authentic design. Two-cell, lobby
entrance plan. Entrance set in early C19 Gothic surround. Door and ground-floor entrance
boarded over at the time of inspection.
