Farmhouse. Early C19. Cary stone cut and squared, ashlar dressings; Welsh slate roof, plain gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 4 bays, of which bay 1 is late C19 extension. 2-light single horizontal bar casement windows in segmental arched heads to bay 1; elsewhere 12-pane sash windows in plain openings with plain ashlar lintels; plain, part glazed door to bay 3.
Interior not seen.
Front boundary wall in rubble stonework curves out from each corner of house, about 1.7 metre high sweeping up to about 2 metres high at gateway, which has plain steps up to door.
Matching farm buildings to rear, fully exploiting the wedge shape site.
