Farmhouse. Late C18. Cary stone with Doulting stone dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof; central brick and stone chimney
stack, with brick stacks to rear. Two storeys with attics, two wide bays to south elevation. Plain sash windows in pairs,
in plain ashlar surrounds; central 6-panel door with plain surround, crowned by shallow pediment; above a large
sundial, in form of stone plaque with iron gnomon; in roof, two pitched hipped roof dormer windows; later 2-storey
extension to west. East elevation a repeat of south.
